How do I adjust the time for my
telephone system?
The following are time adjustment instructions for several Phone/Voice Mail
Systems. Click on your system type and follow the step by step
instructions.

3. Enter your password.
4. choose option 4 (Admin Menu)
5. choose options 5 or 6 to set date and time.

FROM THE OPERATOR TERMINAL
Press Control P
Press ESC two times
Enter your password
From the Main Menu, press B (System Programming)
Press T if cursor is not under the time
Enter time in military format
Example: 0715 for 7:15 am: 1915 for 7:15 pm
Press ESC
Press E for Exit

FROM THE INTEGRATED TERMINAL:
Press the CTRL and C keys simultaneously
Enter the time in military format
Press the CTRL and C keys simultaneously again to exit the time field
Executone IDS PHONE SYSTEM
TIME CHANGE BY DIALING CODE:
(This must be from a phone programmed as an operator phone)
Lift the handset (or press the HANDSFREE key). Dial tone is heard.
Dial 28 and the four digit time in 24 hour format.
Confirmation tone is heard (several short beeps followed by dial tone).
Executone Medley
To Change Time On Your Executone Medley
FROM THE OPERATOR TERMINAL
ENTER PROGRAM MODE
Press the MENU (F1) key
Press PARK 3 key (to stop the station programming prompt)
Input password (default is 789)
Press #
CHANGE TIME:
Press 14
Prompts for time; enter the time in a 12 hour format, then press #
Prompts for am/pm; toggle with the PARK # key; then press #
(Enter the # at the prompts to keep the current setting).
EXIT PROGRAMMING
Hang up or press the HF key
Executone VX VOICE MAIL
To Change Time On Your Executone VX VOICE MAIL
FROM THE OPERATOR TERMINAL
Enter the System Manager’s mailbox by dialing 436 from any phone.
Upon hearing voice mail greeting, press # on the dial pad.
Dial the System Manager’s mailbox (generally 9998).
Enter the System Manager’ password.
You will then hear a menu of choices
From Main Menu select 5 (set time and date)
The System will prompt you to enter the data as MMDDYY
The System will then play back the date.
The System will prompt you for time.
Listen to this prompt carefully, the format varies according to
software. It may be 4
or 6 digits as HHMM (SS) in 12 hour format or 24 hour format. If it is
in a 12 hour
format (4digits), the System will them prompt you to enter a 1 or 2 for
AM or PM.
The System will then play back the time.
Hang up.
Inter-Tel
Axxess or Eclipse Telephone System
To Change Time On Your Axxess or Eclipse Telephone System
Must be done from an administrator’s phone.
This is usually the operator or receptionist’s phone.
DO NOT LIFT HANDSET
Press “SPCL”
Dial 9800
Enter date in MM,DD,YY Format
Enter time using 4 digits
Press 1 for AM or 2 for PM – See Example

2. Enter the System Coordinator Mailbox and Password
For Two Digit Extension Default is 120000
For Three Digit Extension Default is 1020000
For Four Digit Extension Default is 10020000
3. Press OK
(your display shows CHNG _____ NEXT)
4. Press CHNG
(your display shows ENTER yymmdd: RETRY)
5. Enter the six digit date
6. Press NEXT
(your display shows the time)
7. Press CHNG
(your display shows ENTER hhmm; RETRY)
8. Press CHNG
9. Enter four digit time
(your display shows RETRY AM PM)
10. Press the appropriate key either AM or PM
(your display will show the time and CHNG NEXT)
11. Press RLS to exit programming (or CHNG to correct the time
or NEXT
to got back to
the date.)

To Change Time On Your Norstar and Norstar IDS
Use the Proper Overlay
1. Press FEATURE **23646
If prompted to enter a Password press 23646
2. Press NEXT twice, display shows time and date
3. Press CHANGE- the display shows the hour (15)
4. Enter the hour (two digits,)
If you do not want to change the hour go to the next step.
5. Press NEXT- the display shows minutes.
6. Press CHANGE to change the minutes.
If you do not want to change the minutes go to the next step.
7. Press NEXT.
8. If the display shows AM/PM, Press CHANGE button to change.
9. Press RELEASE button to exit. (RELEASE may be pressed at any time to
exit
programming.)
Panasonic
Panasonic XDP
To Change Time On Your Panasonic XDP
Must be done from Extension 101 which must be a display telephone!
1. Press Program
2. Press *
3. Press #
4. Press 1234
5. Press 000
6. Enter SP-PHONE button
7. Display will indicate YEAR – Press FWD/DND button to skip
8. Display will indicate MONTH - Press FWD/DND button to skip
9. Display will indicate DAY - Press FWD/DND button to skip
10.Press AUTO ANSWER – to continue to time portion of programming
11.Press AUTO DIAL / STORE– to complete Date portion of programming
12.Press SP/PHONE
13.Press correct hour (example 8, 9, 10 etc.)
14.Repeat step 12 as required to change minutes.
15.Press AUTO-DIAL-STORE Button
16.Hang up your telephone to exit programming
Panasonic TVS Voice Processing System
To Change Time On Your Panasonic TVS Voice Processing System
1. From any telephone dial 165
2. When the system answers dial #6 *998
3. Press 4 to set the time and date.
4. Press 1 to change the current setting.
5. Enter the current time and #.
6. Enter 1 for ‘AM’ or 2 for ‘PM’.
7. Press 2 to accept.
8. Press 1 to change current setting.
9. Enter the month and press #.
10.Enter the day and press #.
11.Enter the last two digits of the year and press #.
12.Press 2 to accept.
